Vegetarian Caesar Salad
- 2 T mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 2 T plain yogurt
- ½ t tabasco sauce (or to taste)
- ⅓ c parmesan (I use half pre-grated cheese
- like Kraft and half freshly grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
- French bread (good to make with day-old bread)
- Olive oil
- Romain lettuce
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Combine all dressing ingredients in separate bowl.
- Cube bread and brush both sides with olive oil then broil until toasted turning once.
- Mix Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and croutons with dressing serve immediately.
