Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Combine water and salad dressing mix. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Remove chicken and cut in bite size pieces. While you are cutting the chicken, add the cream cheese and soup to the broth and mix until it’s smooth. Place chicken back in crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
