Thai Nut Dipping Sauce

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 C almonds
  • ½ C olive oil
  • ½ C tamari sauce
  • ½ C agave
  • 4 cloves garlic
Instructions
  1. Blend almonds in food processor or blender until very fine powder. Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
Some additions to try: Fresh ginger, lime, red pepper flakes, coconut milk, chopped green onions, jalapenos. I love how this tastes with a lot of garlic, but don't love the garlic-y aftertaste, so I would always lightly cook the garlic before adding it to the sauce.
