Cook penne pasta. Sauté red onions in butter for two minutes. Add vegetables and sauté until tender.
Add juice from one or two lemons, salt, lemon pepper, Italian seasonings, and basil. Reduce heat to med low then at last minute add Parmesan cheese and ¼-1/2 cup cream.
To pasta add olive oil. Combine pasta and vegetables top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with cilantro. Optional: Cooked Chicken tenderloins with lemon pepper
