Laura’s Flour Tortillas

Laura's Flour Tortillas

Serves: 6 tortillas
Ingredients
  • 2 c bread flour
  • 1 t salt
  • ¼ c vegetable shortening or oil
  • ¾ c warm water (use a little less if using oil)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Separate into about 6-8 small balls.
  3. Roll out each ball and cook on med-high heat on both sides.
