Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

The+Best+Thai+Peanut+Sauce This is from my sister-in-law Renée who created a copy-cat recipe of Noodle & Co’s Spicy Peanut Sauce. I would say it is pretty darn close! And oh-so good! Serve over vegetables and rice or rice noodles. She always at least doubles or triples this recipe.

Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Serves: About ½ cup
Ingredients
  • 2 T Peanut Butter (the natural kind)
  • ⅓ c vegetable broth
  • ¼- 1 t red chili pepper flakes (closer to ¼ than 1 tsp)
  • 1 t ginger powder or 1 T fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T Tamari
Instructions
  1. Combine in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix with steamed vegetables and serve over Calrose rice or rice noodles.
