Salted Pita Wedges – Pioneer Woman

11585637663_c75056ee5a_z This recipe, from the incredible Pioneer Woman is so easy but so delicious! I made these for a party recently and served them with crackers and baguette slices to go with some dips and cheeses. Guess what disappeared fastest?

Serves: 12
Ingredients
  • 6 pieces Pita Bread
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Cut the pita pieces into six wedges each. Lay the wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush both sides generously with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with salt, then bake them for 15 to 18 minutes until they're golden brown and crisp.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with whatever dip you want!
