Apricot Baked Brie

IMG_3858Lovely warm brie round coated in apricot jam topped with roasted pecans and enveloped in a puff pastry.

Apricot Baked Brie

Ingredients
  • Brie Round (Costco)
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • Chopped, roasted pecans
  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Crackers
Instructions
  1. Lay out puff pastry sheet. Place brie round in the center. Top with apricot jam and pecans.
  2. Completely wrap brie in the puff pastry and bake according to directions on pastry box.
  3. Serve with crackers or baguette slices
Notes
This looks amazing when it is warm, and not so great at room temperature.
