If you are a squeamish vegetarian this may not be the recipe for you! The mushroom is so meat-like that for those of us who love hearty food but can’t take the idea of eating meat, this is the perfect alternative. Top with caramelized onions, avocado slices, tomatoes and lettuce. Also delicious with a pesto/mayo spread or aoli.
