Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach_Artichoke_DipGrant and I were eating at the restaurant Mr. Smith’s of Georgetown once and our waiter came out with our bill. He asked if there was anything else he could get for us. I said, “Yes, the recipe for that amazing dip!” Thankfully he obliged.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Recipe type: Appetizers
Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 4 T spinach
  • 1 T parmesan cheese
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • ¼ t garlic dash of white pepper
  • 3 T provolone cheese grated
  • ¼ t oregano
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • ½ T ketchup
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and cook at 370 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy with thin baguette slices or tortilla chips.
