Grant and I were eating at the restaurant Mr. Smith’s of Georgetown once and our waiter came out with our bill. He asked if there was anything else he could get for us. I said, “Yes, the recipe for that amazing dip!” Thankfully he obliged.
Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 4 T spinach
- 1 T parmesan cheese
- 3 T mayonnaise
- ¼ t garlic dash of white pepper
- 3 T provolone cheese grated
- ¼ t oregano
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ½ T ketchup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and cook at 370 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy with thin baguette slices or tortilla chips.
